1. Opening the Anahata Chakra
Entering the Heart Space
A guided meditation pratice, inspired by Swami Satyananda Swami, from the book Kundalini Tantra.
This meditation works on opening the heart chakra, helping create space for love, connection, balance, self-acceptance, and inner peace. It also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system via the vagus nerve, fostering a sense of calm and relaxation—making it an excellent practice for relieving stress and tension.This meditation cultivates breath awareness to access the vast space (akasha) near the heart area through guided visualisations.
