My Hatha Yoga classes offer a holistic journey that integrates body, mind, and spirit. We begin with mantra and bandhas to set intention and channel Prana (life force), move through asana to build strength and flexibility, and include systematic relaxation or Yoga Nidra to deeply release tension. Pranayama then enhances vitality and calms the nervous system, preparing us for meditation with mudras to cultivate focus, balance, and inner peace. This balanced practice supports emotional well-being and guides students toward deeper self-awareness.
Vinyasa Flow
My Vinyasa Flow class offers a dynamic, breath-led practice where movement and breath are seamlessly linked, creating a fluid, almost meditative experience. We begin by setting an intention to ground and focus, then warm up with gentle movements before flowing through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class weaves together creative variations, Bandhas, and Drishti (focus points) to deepen awareness and energize the body. We close with cooling stretches, Pranayama, and a restful Savasana to integrate the practice, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and revitalized.
Pregnancy Yoga
My pre and post-natal yoga classes focus on safely supporting the body and mind through pregnancy and beyond. Each session blends gentle asanas, breathwork, and relaxation to ease common discomforts, strengthen the body, and nurture pelvic health. We incorporate mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and deepen the connection with baby. Classes are thoughtfully adapted to each stage, creating a safe, empowering space for mothers to prepare for birth and recover postpartum.
Childrens Yoga
My kids yoga classes are playful and creative, tailored to each age group from babies to early primary years. Using stories, songs, games, and fun postures, I help children build motor skills, balance, and emotional awareness. I also weave in gentle, age-appropriate essense of yoga principals —like different pranayama techniques, meditation, and mantra—to nurture calm, focus, and joy. Each session fosters imagination, confidence, and social-emotional growth in a warm, inclusive space.
