About Me
Hi, I’m Chandni - a lifelong yoga student and qualified yoga teacher.
Yoga with Chandni is my personal initiative, rooted in the authentic traditions of yoga while embracing a modern, accessible approach. I help students deepen their practice, explore beyond the mat, and connect with yoga’s true essence.
For me, yoga isn’t just a practice I share — it’s a way of life. I strive to live its principles daily, letting them shape my choices, mindset, and way of being.
My aim is simple: to create a space where transformation happens naturally through connection, curiosity, and authenticity.

Experience

I’ve been immersed in yoga since childhood and practising seriously for nearly 10 years.

My teaching journey has been diverse and community-driven:

-
Guiding classes in studios, community centres, and online
-
Hosting outdoor sessions like park yoga with picnics and fun fairs
-
Building genuine community connections through yoga and cultural organisations.

I also specialise in:

-
Pregnancy yoga - supporting mothers through every stage
-
Children’s yoga - from nursery to primary school, creating playful and nurturing spaces.

Alongside teaching, I continue to deepen my own knowledge — currently studying Sanskrit to honour the roots of yoga and share its wisdom with care.
